Kate has researched and experimented with gluten-free cooking. She has formulated three gluten free flour mixes for use in her gluten free baking. The result is gluten-free produce enjoyed by all. This includes people able to eat gluten who cannot tell the difference.
Gluten products are also manufactured in the Kate’s Cuisine kitchen. All cooking surfaces and equipment are thoroughly wiped down before starting any gluten-free baking.
Kate has now launched a sister business focussed purely on gluten-free baking.

Each month, at a networking event in Hamilton, I get to eat Kate’s fabulous dishes. With dietary requirements, dairy and gluten free + vegetarian, I often feel let down or left out when it comes to functions, but not with Kate.
